This is popular nonsense. The chances of a home PC being the victim of a 
IP spoof over a TCP connection are near zero. I guess the CIA or NSA 
could pull it off, and your ISP of course, but that about ends it. It 
requires access to your ISP's routers and if they have that they could 
also sniff your traffic and do much more damage.
