I cancelled my Amazon order at the weekend and re-ordered from Ripcaster. I've just phoned Ripcaster to confirm they really do have stock and I've arranged to collect my all-black SB3 from them after work today (I work a couple of miles away from them in Reading). This is better than Royal Mail leaving a card on my doormat and me not being able to collect from a Post Office until Saturday. Very helpful - they even offered to bring it round to my work address instead but I can't get deliveries here as it's a secure site.
They say that they had a delivery of the new Logitech-branded SB3s on Thursday so they suspect that the two month shortage is now likely to be over.
