I think this is the optimal solution for people that is happy having
their collection as MP3 and doesn't really care much regarding the
sound quality. If they are interested in the SB for internet radio I
would expect mp3tunes to be good enough. The free mp3tunes solution
wouldn't work though, since most people would be irritated to wait
weeks/months to be able to upload more than 1GB of music.

I don't see this as a viable solution for the audiophiles though,  they
require lossless music and then an internet based solution isn't
realistic due to the bandwidth requirements.
