forum is second declension, goes like "bellum". In the following
sentence:

forums is the object of "read" so it would indeed be plural accusative:
"fora". But slimkid brings up an interesting one:

Here you would use the singular locative case, because visiting the
forum is like "going to" the forum. That would be "fori" (pronounced
"for-ee").
