Lee, thanks for taking the time to get involved. Your point about warranty processing is slightly worrying. Are you saying that if we don't buy from a reseller that you've supplied we're in the hands of the supplier to get things sorted out? ie. Logitech UK/Europe/US etc. would not honour the warranty directly with the consumer? Or do you just mean Progressive would not get involved and we'd have to deal directly with Logitech? If the former then whilst under normal circumstances it makes no difference, the supplier will deal promptly with it because they have their reputation to consider, in this instance clearly Empgamer would now have a serious problem if he didn't have the law to fall back on. Can you clarify for me please?
