What OS is the lounge PC running? If it's Windows, you need to enable "Internet Connection Sharing" or bridging which effectively ties both NICs together, allowing traffic from one to pass to the other. You'd define the powerline NIC as your "Internet" connection, the SB NIC as the "LAN" connection.
