All actions under the sun equals:

1) Claim through credit card company if I had not got a response from
yourselves.  

2) Report matter to Trading Standards

Reasonable I would have thought.  

It is a shame that more of your efforts seem to have gone into
responding on this thread than they have to me?  I have STILL had no
e-mail from you regarding collection and confirmation of your
intentions regarding the refund and it's now 1:30pm!!! 

I hope it can be put to rest quickly too.  As soon as I receive the
refund it will be.
