I can reproduce this problem - VERY interimently - being connected to SqueezeNetwork directly rather than to slimserver. This would lead me to suspect that this is a firmware issue rather than a slimserver issue. There are no wireless networks around me. No wireless phones being used close by. When I am connected to Squeezenetwork my computer is completely turned off. When the squeezebox stops, if I press play again, the music will resume. My wireless strength runs at 80% or better virtually all the time - as in I have never seen it lower than 80%.
