Well, if you don't want to use the desktop speakers any more its easy: just get a 2m cable with a 3.5mm stereo jack at one end, and 2 phono jacks at the other. Readily available at any audio cable webshop.
If you want the desktop speakers connected as well, you'd need some kind of splitter.
