Just on the last point, I really wouldn't recommend driving speakers from the headphone socket on the SB: you'll get much better results by using the phono/RCA outs. As the Aego M's (excellent, BTW, I have some in my study) have phono inputs you can even use the "free" cable with the SB if you want to.
