I still gotta say - MP3 is a "good enough" format. It's a "good enough" approximation to the original that as long as it sounds "good", it's "good enough" IMHO. And yes, the SB3 MP3 output is "good enough" to my ears.
Sure if there are obvious errors they should be squashed (and they are being diligently looked at!) but put it into perspective - it isn't the end of the world. If you're really concerned about sound quality use lossless - it doesn't take any more effort than MP3 and drive space is cheap.
