The only error message in the log is

This confirms the error you saw but doesn't provide any info.

It is unfortunate you have a problem and it makes it even worse that I
have to ask you to cryptic things but it is the only way to identify
the problem remotely.

Some of the log message aren't what I expected - could you have enabled
d_source_v rather than d_source ?
