The attached files are templates for Linux/OSX users. The Wiki instruction says for Windows - download the attached files and then edit custom-convert.conf.
The instruction were written a while ago. I've been thinking how to make it easier. Edit the conf file with Wordpad. Windows Vista has extra protection and a slightly different directory layout so offhand I am not sure where the "custom" files should go.
