As bpa stated, the URL for this web station is http://broadcast.infomaniak.ch/radiojazz-high.mp3. This (as with all winamp streams) can be found by saving the PLS file to your computer and opening it with a text file editor. http://www.radiojazz.ch/RJANG/radiojazz_player%5B1%5D.htm is your entry point to this particular PLS file.
