though it's kind of archaically named now, you actually want to use the Nokia770 skin on your N800. Nokia770 skin has stylesheet parameters to specifically format for the 800x480 screen of the Nokia tablet family (770, 800, 810). If your screen is this size, this is your skin. Touch inherits most of its code from the nokia770 skin, but has a less restrictive stylesheet and formats nicer on PC browsers. Touch also has numerous tweaks to accomodate the hunk-of-junk known as Internet Explorer. also, 127.0.0.1 is not the IP address to use when accessing your SqueezeCenter/SlimServer from the N800. You need to find out the LAN IP address of your server and use that instead. On home servers, this is often something like 192.168.1.2.
