I'd be boggled if that was close. I have no inside information, but I'm making wireless products as part of my day job. The battery in the Jive (which is likely close to that in a Controller) is a cell phone battery. They cost $3.00 in quantity 500 (see digikey). Radio chips cost between 2 and $10 each, in quantity, depending on how much power they suck up. Add antenna chips, resistors, coils, etc. Battery chargers from Digikey run from 10 to $20 each, and they don't have the pretty stand. The full color display is very nice, and I'm sure its expensive. I bet its $5 in mega quantities, and its going to need serious support chips.
