Hello, With a solid state relay MP120D4, theorical maximum power is 250 VA or 250W (see page 13 of the datasheet) You need 4x150W = 600W, MP120D4 is not powerful enough
With Z120D10, 500 VA/W ($13.00) With 120D10, 500 VA/W ($22.00) (better cooling) With 120D25, 1000 VA/W ($23.00) (better cooling) Concerning the leakage current in the off state, I will measure my circuit and tell you.
