Thanks for that info. I just ordered the 120D25 and the 120D45 and I'll give them a try.
Given that I was over powering the MP120D4 (overdrawn?) what would it's failure mode likely be? The switch just stopped working yesterday, with the switch now "always on." I've checked the output of IROUT on my transporter and when on, the output is a nice steady 3.282 volts, so the plugin is working fine.
