There are various solutions to bridge the different phases of the panel. I do not know where you are located, but if you are in the US, you can use something like this. http://www.smarthome.com/4816a2.html http://www.smarthome.com/4826a.html http://www.iautomate.com/xpcp.html http://www.iautomate.com/xpcr.html There are analagous solutions for other wiring standards outside the U.S. An electrician can also bridge the phases with some fairly inexpensive parts.
