Ok, now I'm confused. Do you have 3 devices connected to the Internet through the hub and only the SB behind the router?
That's not good design. The router should sit where the hub is just now, protecting your network from the Internet. Everything else should be connected to the router's LAN port(s), possibly via the hub (connected to the router's LAN port).
