I would love to be able to use the SBR without anything else. I was hoping this was the case until I read about needing for the remote for setup. Currently I have an old Creative Zen in the garage to listen to music, but I get tired of having to update it with new music that I get, especially as I've grown accustom to the SB3 in the living room that feeds off the primary library. The Zen is completely out of date with the rest of my library.
