So, I've been able to extract an mp2 stream from the .ts container created by my PVR.
It's simple to edit the mp2 in Adobe Audit ion, save and convert to FLAC. However, the filesize grows hugely. I'd like to edit mp2 at the frame level, but can't find any tool that'll do this!
