I have a Harmony 659 which works fine controlling my SB with one exception. My SB is configured to "Pause on power off/Remain Paused at Power On". However when I use the Harmony to turn the system off, I can see that it is sending some command to restart playing right before powering down. When I power on, it always starts playing again. I tried manually learning the Power Toggle command from the SB remote but that didn't have any effect.
I also tried configuring the SB for "Stop on power off/Remained Stopped at Power On" but have the same results. The 659 is somewhat less flexible in terms of configuration options than other Harmony remotes; there isn't a lot of option for tweaking basic on/off commands. I'd like to fix this since it's a bit annoying to always have music coming on the minute I turn on the system.
