I like the idea of a party plug-in, but am thankful to Kevin (for only
about the thirteenth time today) for the remapping remote solution for
party mode. Change the play button to "play next", add stays add.
Invoke the custom party.map and then remove settings from the SB menu
during the party, and this would seem to take care of most of the
damage that could be done by the inexperienced remote user.

Sometimes its fun to let other people loose on your music collection at
a party, they'll find stuff that you might not have thought to play. I
mean, I like everything (almost) in my collection, so why not let
guests select what they'd like to hear?

I'd like my friends to be more comfortable using the SB, without having
to train them extensively, and if I could hand them the remote and tell
them to play around with it, without having to worry that they might
mess something up, that would be a good thing. In fact, I can see
having the SB in party mode all the time, because I don't use the
remote UI that much, preferring the browser UI.
