I routinely listen to Live365 stations, although not Soundscape. I have not encountered this issue.
Does it occur with all the stations you listen to via Live365? Does it replicate if you connect via SqueezeNetwork? If it was me, I would update to the latest SC7 build, log out and log in to Live365 via the SB or SC interface, and try other stations. If it persists, I would then try SN. I have not used an SB1 for a long time (my brother inherited it), and could not comment on whether or not that hardware could be at fault.
