Echo one for MediaMonkey. I keep flac on my computer, and MM lets me set up rules to automatically transcode anything not format recognized on the portable device. MM also lets me tell it what formats are recognized per device, so I can tell it that the iRiver can do flac or ogg, while my iPod nano needs the auto conversion.
