I think you may be a little confused. This is a public forum that happily has many posts from Logitech (SMS) employees, however, it is not the place to get direct feedback from the company. It would be best for you to contact support in your preferred method (email, phone or snail mail). I'm certain that some here will be interested in hearing what you learned, but like I said this is not a company run/supported forum.
