I must say, I've been a customer since 2001 and one thing I always noticed about Slim Devices was how incredible their customer service is. My experience is that they really go above and beyond. If you call (650) 210-9400 and speak to a salesperson I'd be very shocked if they didn't resolve your problem very quickly. I think it's easier and quicker if you call and speak to someone as opposed to e-mailing.
