I found out last year that hitting add button zapped songs from the playlist. The playlist is made in SC7 from the Library on hard drive and do not use iTunes. File names and path are correct. I pull up the playlist name, hit the play arrow and the playlist plays flawlessly. Problem is once the song plays it moves to the Zap File.
