Now minimize it using the __ next to the X on the SoftSqueeze graphical interface (warning -- do not minimize using the task bar). SoftSqueeze will not just minimize but disappear with the only thing left showing it is running being an icon in the right side of the task bar (near the clock). If you want the graphical interface back click on that icon. Otherwise just control it from SqueezeCenter and forget that icon is even there!
