I may be going mad here (it's possible:-), but are the pause, previous and next buttons on the controller broken in 7.0.1 r2147.
Pressing pause just mutes the volume and doesnt pause the track. Pressing the previous < and next > buttons doesnt move to the previous or next track in the playlist.
