I've verified the OS-2006 version to be the same as you are using. I also have no issues w/ add or play from list view. A simple example of the main issue I see throughout is to go the search screen: I can type in the name of a song and neither hitting enter on the on-screen keyboard or tapping "search" works. Same issue w/ "clear" The issue of "buttons" being non-functional is prevalent on a number of different screens from settings to Pandora to XM Radio to Internet radio (enter stream URL). Are you also seeing this behaivior?
