Thanks to both of you for your feedback. I am simply not able to overcome the limitations of the Controller's screen.
To Logitech's credit, they processed my return request for the Controller immediately and without question. They also sincerly wanted to understand the problem, to hopefully improve the product in the future, even if I was returning it for a refund. Logitech/SlimDevices has very fine support in my book. I'm still looking for the right solution for my needs. Next up an iPod Touch with the iPeng plugin. I'm picking one up tonight and will give it a go.
