I second this- I have been very happy with my squeezebox. The frustrating part is troubleshooting my own home network. Hardly a problem for logitech, but it's easy for people to get mad and blame you guys when the application at hand (squeezebox) isn't working properly, despite the cause.
The only problems I run into are either unrelated, or beta related. And, of course, I signed up for beta problems when I installed beta software. Anyway, keep up the good work! Don't let the negative posts get you down. Something we remind ourselves at our business is this: You're more likely to hear back from the unhappy customers, because they need a problem solved.
