After upgrading to v7.1, the accompanying firmware update killed my SB3. I have tried all of the steps that other users list above, but the unit is totally unresponsive. Also have tried v 7.2, 7.3 & back to 7.01. Nothing. Support desk unmanned over weekend leaves me with a silent brick. Does anyone know how to reset a wired SB3 that won't even power on?
