Is your music on the same hard drive as SC is installed on? The only reason I ask is that "file://localhost/C:/MP3/classical/Mozart/SongName.mp3" doesn't look quite right if so - it should be "file://localhost/MP3/classical/Mozart/SongName.mp3" or "file://C:/MP3/classical/Mozart/SongName.mp3".
I should say, I don't use iTunes but I do integrate with MIP which works in roughly the same way.
