My 2 cents:

The scheme, as Matt already mention, is LEVEL-TOPIC-DISAMBIGUATION.

So, why some lessons didn't follow this scheme?
We have a few lessons that are more like extras, e.g. Make,
that we don't plan to have different levels for it.
