Hi all, Does anyone know if the published lessons (i.e. the ones that will have a DOI) will include the capstone examples that are up on the lessons page ( http://software-carpentry.org/lessons.html)? The reason I ask is that I'd like to cite the lessons I taught at the AMOS workshop earlier this year (shell, python, git, make, data management in the ocean, weather and climate sciences) as part of my PhD thesis (it's relevant to my chapter on reproducible research...).
