That is a great list! I especially like the point of "Actively mitigate
when students may be intimidating each other". I hate when classes get
derailed by a particularly experienced student asking questions to show off
or to center discussion on their esoteric problems.

Things I make a point of in workshops are to avoid saying "you guys"
(saying "you all" instead) and to avoid describing anything as "easy" or
saying "just do this/that".
