If you are having trouble getting a timely reimbursement, please do let 
Maneesha ([email protected]) know. This can be noted in our records 
for that institution and we can warn future instructors going there 
accordingly. If you've waited an exceptionally long time, we can lean on them 
to try and move things.

I know in teaching 9-10 workshops at remote institutions I usually got my 
reimbursement quickly, so I'm reluctant to create new policies for exception 
cases. Is this an exception case? Lets gather some data.
