While making some lesson modifications as part of the BugBBQ I started
thinking that I would like some way to add comments in-line into the
lesson.
this might not exactly be what you had in mind, but I was about to
propose annotating the lesson with an external service like Hypothes.is
(https://hypothes.is/) when I realized that there *are* already some
annotations, see e.g.
http://swcarpentry.github.io/shell-novice/01-filedir.html
(in this specific case the annotations are rather bug reports than what
you had in mind, though).
