Are any of you still using Blastwave and/or CSW and if so which one or what?
I really, really, REALLY don't want to understand what the split is all about. Life is too short to stick my nose into other people's flame wars[1] I'm just wondering what is the practical best thing to do with my remaining older servers that are still running these packages, and which now need updating. My newer Solaris 10 servers are all built from SunFreeware stuff, where they aren't using native Solaris packages, but I don't really want to spend time rebuilding the older ones, which are all on schedule to be obsoleted sometime anyway. thanks Betsy -- Unix Systems Administrator Harvard Graduate School of Design [1] well, unless one side has been EXTREMELY bad, which isn't usually the case in these things.
