Programming Perl, third edition. Yes, it's somewhat out-of-date, and all of the information is available with your Perl install or online, but sometimes it's easier to figure things out from a book... Also, Unix System Administration Handbook (Nemeth, Snyder, Seebass, Hein) and the equivalent Linux book. These have saved me a lot of time in the past.
