My one that makes a lot of people scratch their heads: The Professional Secretary's Handbook I've got two, one is from before computers came into play. Sounds stupid but it's full of the "little stuff" that we need to do that a secretary would have done in the past. What's the "proper" way to address a letter to someone? Why format a letter in "that" way? Things like that. My mother, gave it to me out of her collection of books many moons ago and I've found it very helpful in ways that I'd have never thought of. -- << MCT >> Michael C Tiernan http://www.linkedin.com/in/mtiernan Non Impediti Ratione Cogatationis _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
