according to the scansoft people it is not available for tiger yet.

Just wondering if anyone has tried Omnipage PRO X for mac. Is it
accessible and how is it compared to windows OCR software? If it's
accessible I'll probably get it, as I'm not having much luck with red
iris as far as recognition accuracy at the moment.
