Good morning all. I am going to be teaching Mac to an associate so that he can teach his client and I am trying to come up with the easiest way to do things. I have found that the Jump command is actually working and for whatever reason on my machine it was not reliable but it seems to be now. What I would like to know: is it possible to move the splitter to a point where the read or unread status is preserved and not effected by moving the arrows up and down the colums? I would like to teach the jump command but find that if the preview pain is not exposed it doesn't work relyably. However, when the pain is exposed as I arrow down through the messages the status changes to read. I do realize that I could use the vo keys to move through the table but would like to try to make the arrow thing work. Let the thoughts start flowing forth and thanks. Sincerely:
