Larry, How many hours of conversation did you get out of the support
folks before the Apple reps started asking for money?  Their new user
telephone support is supposedly has a good reputation.

On the other hand, have you ever tried getting repeated Windows
questions answered from Microsoft?  How about help from Henter Joyce
on third party products?  I must point out that the non-Apple software
is not Apple's responsibility, but I hope you keep pressing them about
Pages though.  Did you pay separately for Pages, or was it bundled at
no additional cost?
