how and when and in what manner and in what order commands and other
actions are to be performed using menus or key commands. If there is
some
other outcome preferred and the person making those choices for the user
hasn't considered it, too bad.
Apple encourages all developers to follow a set of guidelines so that
all users of applications in MacOS have consistency and thus do not
have to search around looking for common commands that they would
normally find in a given location or consequently use different key
stroke. This is part of the reason why the MacOS is so easy to
learn. As well, if there is something you wish to address within
specific applicaitons, contact the developer of the application.
