Hey Louie,
Here's how I'd do it. I'm going to assume that you have messages to
a particular address going into a particular mail box for simplicity,
but you can set up any conditions that are appropriate.
In the action side, you can assign play a sound in addition to having
the messages go into the mail box. I hope this is what you are asking.
