Well, I must have been sleeping in that part of class. How can I get
messages to automatically go into different boxes, or are you talking
about different acounts.
For example, with this list, I have a box where I am moving mail that
I want to save, how can I get messages to just automatically go there
or is there a way to do that?
The Junk box is already colecting stuff, that's not a problem, and it
saves me a lot of trouble dealing with spam in my inbox, but is
automatic delegation posible, and is that in preferences under
sorting, or in rules?

to a particular address going into a particular mail box for
simplicity, but you can set up any conditions that are appropriate.
In the action side, you can assign play a sound in addition to
having the messages go into the mail box. I hope this is what you
are asking.
